Q: Why should I rent from Human Fooz?
A: Human Fooz is a family owned and operated company that prides itself in providing great Customer Service and a fun time with unique rentals.
Q: What if it looks like it is going to rain?
A: If the weather appears that it will not be suitable during the time that you reserved you can call and cancel providing a 24 hour notice. If you decide to cancel once the equipment is delivered, no refunds will be given.
Q: Do all of your rentals require use on grassy area's?
A: No. Many of our rentals are able to be used just about anywhere. They can be used indoors or outdoors on just about any surface. (grass, pavement, gravel, tile, carpet) (See further details for each rental)
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask for 7 days notice prior to your reserved event if you decide to cancel. This policy does not apply to cancellations due to inclement weather.
Q: Do I need any electricity or generators to use any of the rentals?
A: No. Another great thing about Human Fooz rentals is that they can be used just about anywhere and do not require anything except you the participant.
Q: Can I come and pick up the rental equipment?
A: No. One of our trained personnel will deliver and setup your rental for safety and liability reasons. Some of our rentals are permitted from being moved due to the size and setup that is required.
Q: Can I keep the equipment overnight?
A: All rentals are setup for delivery and pick up the same day. However, arraingments can be made for next day pickup or multi-day rentals. Additional fees may apply. Equipment rented for any length of time will be the responsibility of the individual renting the equipment.
Q: When and how may I pay for my rental?
A: Payment for your rental is due upon delivery, and can be made by cash, check or credit card.
